How long does a typical session last with us?
Our sessions typically last between 45 minutes to an hour, depending on individual needs. Our supportive environment ensures a personalized approach to maintain your pulmonary health.
Do I need a doctor’s referral to join?
No doctor’s referral is required to join our group. We welcome all sufferers of pulmonary problems to benefit from our free sessions.
